Elite Package SOP

Purpose

This SOP outlines the fulfillment process for an Elite client package.

The goal is to build the client’s business listing, create their social media graphic, complete onboarding, set up the lead ad, configure lead notifications, create Google review cards, and add the client to the 70k email promotion.

Step 1 — Gather Client Information

Collect or confirm the following information:

  • Business name

  • Service or category

  • Service area

  • Website or listing link

  • Logo and photos

  • Main offer or service to promote

  • Best phone number for lead notifications

  • Best email for lead notifications

  • Google review link or Google Business Profile link

Ask the client:

What phone number and email should receive the lead notifications when someone fills out the form?


Step 2 — Build the Business Listing

Create the client’s business listing.

Step 3 — Build the Social Media Graphic

Create the client’s promotional social media graphic.

Step 4 — Hold the Onboarding Meeting

During the onboarding meeting, review the following with the client:

  • Business listing

  • Social media graphic

  • Campaign targeting

  • Lead form question

  • Lead notification phone number and email

  • Google review cards

  • 70k email promotion

  • Timeline and next steps


Step 5 — Explain the Listing and Graphic

Walk the client through the completed listing and graphic.

Explain that the business listing helps customers understand:

  • Who the business is

  • What services they offer

  • Where they serve

  • How to contact them

Explain that the graphic is used to catch attention and promote their service or offer.

Ask the client to confirm that both the listing and graphic look correct before moving forward.


Step 6 — Review Targeting

Go over the campaign targeting with the client.

Confirm the following:

  • Counties or cities to target

  • Areas to exclude

  • Ideal customer type

  • Any service limitations

Use this wording when explaining targeting:

We’ll target people in your service area who are most likely to need your service. The goal is to keep the audience relevant while still giving the campaign enough room to generate leads.


Step 7 — Set Up the Lead Form

Create the lead form with basic contact fields.

Include:

  • Name

  • Phone number

  • Email

  • Service needed

Add up to one qualifying question.

Example:

What service are you interested in?

Confirm the qualifying question with the client before launch.


Step 8 — Set Up the Lead Ad

Build the lead ad using the approved campaign details.

Include:

  • Approved graphic

  • Ad copy

  • Call-to-action

  • Lead form

  • Targeting

  • Budget and start date, if applicable

Before launch, confirm:

  • Graphic is correct

  • Targeting is correct

  • Lead form is correct

  • Notifications are set up


Step 9 — Set Up Lead Notifications

Map the form fields in GHL.

If a new custom field is needed, create it here:

To map the fields:

  1. Go to:

  2. Click the three dots on the top left of the Facebook integration.

  3. Select the form.

  4. Map the fields.

Set up notifications for the confirmed phone number and email here:

Duplicate the automation named:

BUSINESS NAME - LEAD NOTIFICATIONS

Create a Google Sheet and link it to the automation.

The Google Sheet should be named:

BUSINESS NAME - LEAD SHEET

Share the Google Sheet with the client.

Update the automation with:

  • Client phone number

  • Client email address

  • Correct custom fields in the notification

  • Google Sheet connection

Submit a test lead before launch.

Confirm the following:

  • Email notification was received

  • Text notification was received, if applicable

  • Lead information is accurate

  • Google Sheet is integrated correctly

Do not launch the campaign until notifications are confirmed.


Step 10 — Send Closing Tips

Send the client tips for closing more deals from leads.

Include these key points:

  • Respond as fast as possible

  • Call first, then text

  • Mention the form they filled out

  • Keep the first message simple

  • Follow up more than once

  • Track every lead


Step 11 — Make Google Review Cards

Create Google review cards using the client’s Google review link.

Include:

  • Custom card graphic

  • Company logo

  • Link to the review section of the listing

Test the link before sending the cards to the client.

Step 12 — Add Client to the 70k Email Promotion

Add the client to the 70k email promotion using their approved:

  • Business name

  • Listing

  • Description

  • Image

  • Call-to-action link

Track the date the client was added or scheduled.


Final Completion Checklist

Before marking the Elite package complete, confirm:

  • Business listing built

  • Social media graphic created

  • Onboarding meeting completed

  • Listing explained to client

  • Graphic explained to client

  • Campaign targeting reviewed

  • Lead form created

  • One qualifying question added, if needed

  • Notification phone number confirmed

  • Notification email confirmed

  • Closing tips sent

  • Lead ad set up

  • Notifications tested

  • Google review cards created

  • Client added to 70k email promotion

  • Final client update sent
